Wake up wisely

You turn on the computer (3-4 minutes), search for a series (10 minutes), load it (1-5 minutes) and start viewing (40 minutes), then you close the tabs and turn everything off (5 minutes.) Congratulations, you’re late again. Next time be smarter and turn off the computer 20 minutes before you leave. You can even set an alarm clock for this time to have everything under control.

Do not drink much the day before

Just do not drink much a day before an exam, or if you have an interview. Your rhythm will change because of gallons of beer, whiskey, one way or another.
