This exam is conducted by the Science Olympiad foundation which is a non-profit organization in New Delhi. Olympiad is meant to test the academic knowledge of the student. What are the types of Olympiad examinations?

How to apply for the Olympiad examination?
The conducting authority of the exam is Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF). This sends registration forms for Olympiads along with the prospectus of the schools. Hence, the interested candidates can collect and fill those forms respective to their school authority.
- If the school hasn’t registered with SOF you can also register by requesting the forms and prospectus directing them to register by sending a mail at [email protected]. Students can fill the forms as per the requirements and submit them to the school coordinator.
- The coordinator shall generate the roll number of the student who applied for the Olympiad as per the guidelines mentioned in the prospectus.
- The student must submit their filled registration forms with their roll numbers written before the deadline.
- Then, the SOF dispatches the question paper for the required Olympiad examination to the already registered students by the school authorities.
- The fee paid should be INR 125 that including GST. This fee applies to Indian students. Whereas for international students, the registration fee will be USD 9.
